Job Overview:
High-end residential loft building seeks skilled maintenance tech to undertake repairs and maintain systems.

Skills:

· Plumbing: clear clogs, repair/replace faucets, repair p-trap leaks, repair/replace toilet flushing mechanism, caulk fixtures, troubleshoot plumbing problems

· Electrical: replace light switches, GFCI’s, outlets, LED light fixtures, troubleshoot electrical problems

· HVAC: replace and synch wireless thermostats, adjust settings, clean filters, troubleshoot issues

· Ceiling fans: replace controllers, wall switches

· Doors & locks: adjust closers, maintain battery fob access locks

· Miscellaneous: install bath accessories, adjust cabinet doors, repair cork and ceramic tile flooring

· Ability to do minor appliance repairs a plus!

Organized self-starter dedicated to supporting a high-quality residential environment.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication; Spanish a plus!
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability work with various tools
